Extremely limited in production and one of the most difficult sake to locate in Japan.  This daiginjo sake is luxurious yet well restrained with great acidity.  Takasago is clean and layered in flavor with savory minerals up front followed by both citrus and tropical fruits followed by a well structured complex finish.
